Black Friday!

Rather than hitting the stores on this crazy day, why don't we pause for a moment in revelry for black?

That's much better, don't you think?
Lots more black inspiration on my "black" board here on pinterest.

Before we even moved in to this house, The one thing I was "sure" of was painting the fireplace wall black.  I may be coming back to that....

  1. oh. i love that idea of the fireplace wall black...though i am wondering if it will have the same effect on brick. yes, that is right, the whole wall around our fireplace was bricked up. it might not be sleek enough, but something to think about, for sure.

  2. really nice blog ..it describes "A day of stock market catastrophe. Originally, September 24, 1869, was deemed Black Friday. The crash was sparked by gold speculators, including Jay Gould and James Fist, who attempted to corner the gold market. The attempt failed and the gold market collapsed, causing the stock market to plummet".
